1Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, purchasing, or participating in any service offered by GMAMA Kè Lakay — including but not limited to the free webinar, the 3-Day Challenge, the VIP Workshop, or any other digital product — you agree to the terms and conditions described in this document. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
These terms apply to all participants, regardless of location, and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
2Description of Services
GMAMA Kè Lakay provides training and coaching for women looking to start or transform a catering business. Our services include:
- Free Webinar — A no-cost educational online session.
- 3-Day LIVE Challenge — An intensive training program delivered over Zoom.
- VIP Intensive Workshop — Personalized work sessions with ongoing support.
- Digital Materials — Templates, guides, and downloadable resources.
All services are delivered in Haitian Creole, primarily through Zoom, Facebook Live, and WhatsApp.
3Enrollment & Payment
When you register for a paid service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information — name, email, and WhatsApp number. Payment is processed in US Dollars (USD) through our secure payment platform.
Pricing is subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect a purchase that has already been confirmed. Promotional pricing (e.g., a limited-time offer of $47 or $997) has a clearly stated expiration shown on the order page.
4Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your enrollment in a paid program, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at least 48 hours before the start date. Requests received after this window may not qualify for a refund, unless the specific guarantee described in Section 5 applies.
If GMAMA Kè Lakay needs to cancel or reschedule an event, all participants will be notified immediately and offered either an alternate date or a full refund.
5Guarantee & Refunds
For the VIP Intensive Workshop, we offer a satisfaction guarantee: if after Day 1 you feel the program isn't right for you, send us an email before Day 2 begins and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Downloadable digital products (PDFs, templates, guides) are not eligible for a refund once they have been downloaded, due to their digital nature.
6Results & Expectations
Testimonials and results shown on our pages represent the real, individual experiences of participants. Results vary based on personal effort, local market conditions, and other factors outside the control of GMAMA Kè Lakay.
We do not guarantee any specific level of income or financial success. All figures referenced ($4,000, $12,000, etc.) are examples of what's possible, not guarantees.
7Intellectual Property
All materials we provide — videos, PDFs, templates, guides, and Live session content — remain the intellectual property of GMAMA Kè Lakay and Chef Germate Denis. You receive a personal license to use these materials for your own business.
Reselling, redistributing, or sharing these materials without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of access without refund.
8Participant Conduct
Across all group sessions, Live calls, and WhatsApp communities, we require mutual respect. Conduct including harassment, offensive language, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
9Limitation of Liability
GMAMA Kè Lakay and Chef Germate Denis are not responsible for any financial loss, indirect damages, or business consequences resulting from applying the advice provided. Participants are responsible for their own business decisions.
10Privacy
Your personal information (name, email, WhatsApp number) is used solely to communicate with you regarding our services. We do not sell or share this information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
11Changes to Terms
GMAMA Kè Lakay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email to active participants. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the new terms.
